This Guy Miraculously Survives After Massive Tree Struck By Lightning Falls Into His Car

 

Henri Cheramie, 37, is being hailed by some netizens as "the luckiest man alive. the teacher from Montgomery, Alabama miraculously survived after a giant tree was hit by lightning fell into his car. Rescuers later successfully pulled him out of the vehicle and he suffered minor cuts and bruises.

A man from Alabama recently made headlines after he luckily cheated certain death. According to reports, Montgomery resident Henri Cheramie miraculously survived after a tree struck by lightning fell into his car.

The incident happened last May 4, Tuesday. Apparently, the 37-year-old was staying in his vehicle during a terrible storm when he noticed lightning. He decided to stand up to check it out and at that precise moment, a huge tree branch fell and landed on his car. He would have died if he stayed seated.

As Henri said in a media interview. 

"I see lightning just across the sky and hit a tree. I lean a bit and go did lightning just strike that, and the next thing I know, half of my body is out of the sunroof and the top of the car is being weighed down by a giant branch that is bisected just where my face is.

“My first thought was, is this a Monday or a Tuesday because this is the Monday Tuesday ever,” the stand-up comedian turned middle school teacher also joked.

Soon after, lightning struck the second time and hit a powerline which later exploded.

When that happened, electricity just sparked and everything lit up and I heard the power line pop and that's when I started yelling for help,” he said. “I didn't want to die.”

Fortunately, landscrapers working near the area saw the scene and immediately helped. They also contacted 911 to inform them about the situation. Firefighters eventually arrived to cut the car and tree then pull Henri out of the whole mess. He reportedly suffered bruises and minor cuts.

Henri later created a GoFundMe page where he wrote:

“I do need money to repair my van and get it back on the road. I also lost some technology (phone, laptop) and school-related materials. I am asking for help with buying replacement parts for my van as well as the ability to pay those who will be repairing said van. I need new tires, an oil change, a tune-up, and a new battery. “Both my partner and I are school teachers, and with the summer coming up, work isn’t as readily available.

Nix Obispo’s faith in humanity was restored after she encountered a Grab driver who rendered more than the service that she needed. She immediately shared her story on her Facebook account and it has already garnered thousands of reactions.

According to Nix, she booked a Grab Taxi because she felt the need to be rushed to an emergency room after feeling a severe pain in her stomach. She kindly asked the driver to bring her to The Medical City in Ortigas in the fastest way that he could. 

The driver named Joven realized the urgency of the situation so he did all he could to reach the medical facility. Once they reached the hospital, Joven refused to accept Nix’s payment, saying it was an emergency situation. However, Nix still insisted to pay him.

Nix thought that Joven would leave after bringing her to the hospital. However, she was surprised when Joven expressed his willingness to stay and look after her. Joven stayed in the hospital during the entire time Nix was being examined. 

Nix was then given medicine which made her sleep. 

To her surprise, Joven was still there when she woke up. The driver did not leave her until he was sure that she was fine. 

Nix then asked Joven to leave, saying she was feeling better. The driver left but not before reminding Nix to text him as soon as she returned home. 

Joven’s little act of kindness amazed Nix as she did not expect it from a stranger she just met.

Two Men Who Tried To Rape Female Martial Arts Champion But they failed, it end Up In Coma!

Two men armed with knives had tried to attack a lone woman driving back from Penampang in Sabah but the situation took a turn for the unexpected.

According to a posting on Kelab Info Malaysia Facebook page, the victim said she felt she was being followed by two men on a motorcycle. Subsequently she pulled over to let them pass but instead they stopped and told her to roll  down her car window.

At this point, the woman, identified as 20-year-old Alice Lien Hua who was alone did something unexpected. She alighted from the safety of her locked car and faced the two men who were armed with knives.

According to Alice, the men demanded for money and when she couldn’t produce any, one man tried to drag her into the bushes while another headed for her car to grab her bag.

From that life-threatening situation, the woman somehow gained the upper hand and not only fought off her attackers but managed to injure them so badly, that they are now lying in coma in the hospital.

According to local Sabah online news blogs, Alice had landed blows on her attackers and also rammed them with her car, causing them to be rendered unconscious.

The Facebook posting states that the woman reportedly contacted a friend from the Criminal Investigation Department of Inanam in Kota Kinabalu and three officials who investigated the incident found that the two men were illegal migrants with no identification documents.

Ibinunyag ng bagong Alkalde ng Maynila na si Isko Moreno na nakaktanggap ito ng mga alok na suhol na aabot ng P5 million kada araw o P1.8 billion kada taon.

Ang suhol daw na ito ay para hindi galawin ang mga vendor na iligal na nakapwesto sa mga kalye.

“May nagpaparating lang sa akin na mensahe: P5 million daw a day, P150 million a month, P1.8 billion a year. Ngayon, whether it is true or not, I don’t know. Kaya siguro mahirap linisin. That’s 1.8 billion. Para dating-gawi, same-same,” sabi ni Mayor Moreno.

Sa ikalawang araw pa lang ni Moreno ay pinatanggal na niya ang mga vendors na nakakasagabal sa kalye.

“Wala ngang nangyari ng anim na taon. Ngayon, wala pang 48 hours, may nangyari na,” banat ni Moreno.

Ayon kay Moreno, mayroon daw mga nag-oorganisa sa mga vendor kaya ang mga ito ay naglalakas ng loob magtinda sa kalsada. Sa katunayan, may nahuling naninigngil sa mga vendors sa isinagawang entrapment operation. Gumagamit pa daw na “props” o resibo ang mga organizer para mapaniwala ang mga vendors na sinisingil.

“Sir, we were organized. Kaya ang salitang organizer sa vendors, hindi na bago. You ask the vendors, may organizer na ganito atmay organizer na ganyan. Tapos iyan kokopohin, tapos i-imbuduhin, tapos na ganyan si e di,” banat ni Moreno.

Filipinos are known to be hospitable, caring and helpful to other people regardless if it is a fellow Filipino or someone of another nationality. Now, three of our policewomen in Davao are being recognized for their genuine heart.

On a report conducted by UNTV, a Japanese national who went to the Philippines two years ago went back to extend her gratitude to three Davao policewomen.

Koniko Sugiyama was looking for a place to eat when the three policemen, who were about to eat lunch as well, approached and guided the lady to help her as she was not familiar with the area.

According to PO3 Irene Cenabre, they also had small talks while riding a cab going to their destination. Sugiyama also gave them a contact number so the three policewomen can still get in touch with her. Later on, the policewomen ignored the contact number as what happened was only an ordinary experience.

However, unexpectedly in April 2017, the 74-year old Japanese went back to Davao and searched for the three policewomen to personally thank them. The policewomen were surprised that Sugiyama made an effort to go in the Philippines only to find them. Sugiyama went to Davao City Police Office(DCPO) to look for the policewomen immediately.

It was on April 10, 2017 when Sugiyama finally reunited with the policewomen and they even spent a meal together. The policemen were happy to have helped the Japanese but for them, they only did their job as public servants.

Online users commended Prince for his bravery in admitting that he was a horrible boyfriend to his girlfriend who was carrying their first child. Getting her pregnant outside of marriage made Prince feel like he was careless. He confessed that he was once addicted to different vices and placed other priorities above his pregnant girlfriend. He failed to realize the intensity of the responsibility he was facing.

In his Facebook post, Prince confessed all the things he did wrong to her.

In the latter part of his post, Prince reached out to teenagers like him who is currently facing the same situation. He gave them an idea of what might happen if they don’t take building a family seriously.

Hanggat buhay tayo, Pwedeng pwede naman magbago kung gugustuhin mo talaga.

Filipinos are hard workers, and this is probably one of the reasons why we are also the number one exporter of human capital. By that, we mean that we are not only rich in natural resources, there is also a wealth of manpower in this country. And with the little money that these hard workers earn in their own country, it’s inevitable for them to try to seek their fortune elsewhere.

Unsung heroes as we call them, our fellow Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) have endured so many things just so they could provide a comfortable living for their families here in the Philippines. We hear news of maltreatment and physical harm being committed to our fellow kababayans, and it alarms us.

But every once in a while, we hear of stories of humanity that make us believe that not all employers abroad are as spiteful as we see on the news.

Some of them are kind-hearted employers who are willing to take our fellows as part of their family despite the difference in nationality and background. This was the very case in a video posted by an OFW named Jorlene Jhore.

Jorlene has been working in Kuwait as a nanny for some years now. And as somebody who can’t go home to her country to celebrate her birthday, her employers had a surprise for her.

In the video, you can see Jorlene’s employer approaching her room with cake in one hand, and a gift on the other. You can also see in the video that the employer’s kids are part of the whole surprise, and that they are excited for their nanny.

All of them were singing her the birthday song, and Jorlene was just speechless. Once they finished the song, she blew the birthday candle and each of the kids gave her a present. She couldn’t say anything but thank you as tears flowed down her face.

It’s nice to know that not all our fellow Pinoys are treated badly abroad. Seeing this video, it gives us hope that while our OFWs are far from home, they actually have people who are nice enough to make them feel at home.

It only wanted to break down the walls of patriarchy that continues to oppress other people. It only wanted to achieve a society where everyone is given an equal chance to strive and be better.

Up to this day, same-gender relationships are still frowned upon by a significant number in the population. Although, we must admit that it has been better than the previous years, there is still no absolute acceptance until two men holding hands or two women flirting would not garner any attention and would just be dismissed as normal.

This is the reason why this video of a gay man who knocked out a straight man in a boxing match became viral. In the video, the game happened in a fiesta in Lalaan Uno, Silang Cavite. It’s normal for fiestas and other festivities to include fun games and matches like boxing to engage the residents in a certain barangay to come out and participate in all the fun.

So going back, the match was anticipated by everyone. And everyone of course, expected that the straight man would win over a frail looking gay man. But to their surprise, the gay man was able to knock out the hetero man two times… and he literally tumbled to the ground.

It’s apparent that what happened might have hurt his pride, that’s why he continued on fighting. But the strength, determination, and confidence of the gay man cannot be contained. Ultimately, he won the match and got the prize.

This just goes to show that people in the LGBT community are so much more than just labels and stereotypes that people continue to inflict on them. This only proves that they are not worthless. Because just like any other straight person, they also have talents and abilities. They can also shine, if only given an equal chance and opportunity.

Med student saves elderly man who collapses at a train station in China

In Jinzhou South Railway Station, a man suddenly collapsed and lost consciousness on one of the station’s platforms. A medical student from Jinzhou Medical University came to the rescue as soon as she heard about the incident. The heroic student was later identified as Ding Hui from Jinzhou in Liaoning Province, China.

According to reports, the unidentified man was suffering from a heart condition when he collapsed on the platform. The station’s staff used the PA system to ask for medical assistance and this was how Ding Hui heard of the incident. The med student performed a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) followed by a mouth-to-mouth resuscitation on the 81-year old man. It took 10 nerve-wracking minutes before the man regained his consciousness.

Ding Hui stayed and waited with the elderly man until the paramedics arrived, making her miss the train ride home. The elder man’s grateful son offered 2,000 yuan ($295) for saving his father’s life. However, the med student refused his offer and didn’t want to identify herself too.

If it weren’t for her, my dad would’ve been gone… She wouldn’t accept the money and wouldn’t leave her name. We only found her again when the video was posted online.

The train station took the liberty of sending a letter to Ding’s university commending her for her heroic deed. During her interview with the media, Ding said:

It is our duty as medical staff to rescue those who are in danger.

Her heroic deed led to a lot of praise from netizens all over the world. The world needs more heroes like Ding Hui.

According to the facebook page of ‘Ginalingan Eh’ a woman ride the cab at around 4:30 in the morning in L.A Cafe Mabini.

However, he already noticed that the woman was drunk and so he didn’t bother her. But then, he got irritated when the woman vomited inside his cab and even acted as if he was in a hotel for she stayed overnight in the taxi cab.

The worst part in this story is that the woman even refused to pay the taxi fare and even got mad at the taxi driver.

In the video attached in the viral post, you can see that the driver was pinching the woman’s nose in hopes of waking her up, but then, he failed because the woman was still sleeping!

The netizens then told the woman that she’s lucky that the driver didn’t do anything to her.

Others notable scientists also believed the claim and thought that the massive hole has also a sun inside it.

Much more controversial, the US government prohibits aircraft to fly near the hole which was proven by the radar map of all the airlines passing near the hole. There were also footages that this kind of hole is not only present on Earth but also to other planets and even the lone moon of the Earth.

Moreover, it was also believed that this massive hole is the one responsible for the appearance of Aurora Borealis. Sounds interesting, right?

The image first gained attention when a resident named Nathaniel A. Cordero took a photo of it and posted it on Facebook with a caption that says, “I just captured an image of papa Jesus on a banana tree.

Grabe kinilabutan ako dito.” (I just captured and image of papa Jesus on a banana tree. It gave me chills.) The photo immediately caught the attention of both believers and non-believers. A few days later, Cordero posted an update.

This time, it’s a video showing the image with water seemingly flowing like tears from its eyes. Part of Cordero’s caption for the video goes,

“Please share this video if you believe in God.“

Recently, a devastated mother seeks the help of veteran broadcaster Raffy Tulfo to complain about her husband who took his revenge to a different level and did the worst possible revenge anyone could think of.

According to the mother whose identity was not disclosed, her husband who is only identified by the alias “Charles” raped and impregnated their 11-year-old daughter and currently, their youngest daughter is already 6 months pregnant with her own father.

The mother said that she already confronted Charles who immediately admitted his mistake and apologized, but he insisted that he never forced their daughter to have sex with him.

It turns out that Charles is accusing his wife of having an affair with another man and took his revenge by molesting their youngest daughter.

The mother also revealed that the sexual assault happened at the house of Charles’ parents and even claimed that the young woman’s grandmother is just in the next room while her own father is raping her.

“Kahit gabi po ginagalaw niya ang anak ko, tatlong beses sa isang araw!” the mother said.  

When the program contacted Charles, he did not deny the accusation and expressed regret on what he did. He also said that he is willing to face the consequences of his actions.

Tulfo also reached out to the grandmother who denied that she is aware of the incident and only suspected of her granddaughter’s pregnancy when she started being picky about foods.
