School is our second home, this is where we learn technical lessons and knowledge that we could not acquire at home alone. Being our second home, teachers are therefore considered as our second parents who will nurture us not just with good morals but also equip us with the learning we need before facing the real world.
But sadly, not all teachers in school possess the kind of love and care any parents would extend to their child. Just like this recent video that went viral on social media wherein a teacher could be seen exhibiting physical violence against one of her students.
In the video uploaded by Facebook page Duterte Today, a professor could be seen subjecting a male student to physical abuse by throwing an object while the student is answering some lessons on the board.
As if throwing something against the student is not enough, the teacher also slapped the young man who was obviously taken aback by the behavior of his professor.
Although the video’s audio is not clear, basing on the lady professor’s tone of voice, it seems that she is agitated that the student could not answer the given work on the board.
In the 15-seconder video, other students could also be seen not doing anything to help their classmate maybe out of fear that the violent teacher may turn her anger towards them.
As of writing, neither the teacher nor the school involved in the video is still unidentified.
