Trillanes gave an interview with the media expressing how pissed he was when a picture of him in social media being the target for firing shooting went viral. His face was developed in big size and posted as the target in a firing range.
Trillanes told Filipino reporters who followed him in Vienna.
(You know, I really want to ignore such things. I am used to bashers and trolls who do nothing but just talk like the man in Malacanang. But then, if someone appears to threaten me, it’s another thing. What if my children see it?)
The soldier turned politician added, and just smiled as if he is not scared with the threat.
(Now, if he is really a man, he would introduce himself and anywhere and any kind of fight, I will fight him. But if he’s like the man we know who suddenly withdrew when he is being investigated, it only means that he is coward.)
Trillanes, a staunch critic of President Duterte, went to Austria last March 15 to attend a crime and drugs conference at the United Nation (UN) office in Vienna.
There, he talked about the alleged extrajudicial killings (EJKs) in the country’s war on drugs. As of posting, the name of netizen who posted Trillanes’ photo as target for shooting remains unknown.
