Yassi Pressman, Filipino-Canadian athlete Jon Semira rumored to be dating
Our nights have been filled with romance ever since Yassi Pressman and Coco Martin lit up our screens in “Ang Probinsyano.” Because of their amazing chemistry, most of us wish that their tandem would happen in real life. But s much as we want them to end up together, the actor shut down rumors about their secret relationship by saying that nothing is going on between them.
This is why it hurt a little less when photos and Yassi Pressman and her “new man” surfaced online. An Instagram user with the handle (at)mrldr10 posted a series of stolen photos of the actress and her rumored beau inside an elevator.
Apparently, the netizen tagged the actress and Filipino-Canadian basketball player Jon Semira on the post and captioned it with:
“It’s been a while. Hi, lovebirds. (at) yassipressman (at) _jon.semira #jonyass”
In case you want to see more pictures of Yassi and Jon together, the Instagram account (at) jonyass_ofcl could offer you a lot of the pair’s sweet, private moments. However, as of now, Yassi or Jon has yet to confirm the issues linking them romantically.
Based on our source, Jon Semira is a full-blooded Filipino from Toronto, Canada. He was a former point guard for the San Sebastian Golden Stags. But prior to playing for a local collegiate league, Jon also played for the Mississauga Power in the National Basketball League of Canada in 2013.
In his previous interview with Yahoo News, he was quoted as to saying:
“I started out in the Philippines tho playing for San Sebastian College. Playing with the likes of Calvin Abueva, we won a championship in 2009. From then, I played in the PBA D-League for Cebuana Lhuillier, Cafe France and Fruitas Fruitshakers.”
